Quasi-experimental study on hypertensive patients participating in the Ho Chi Minh City Communities for Healthy Hearts (CH2) project

 

Objectives

To evaluate the outcomes and impacts of the CH2 project on hypertensive patients in intervened districts

 

Duration

November 2017 to December 2018 (can be extended)

 

Research site

Ho Chi Minh city

 

Methodology

Quasi-experimental study with a cohort of about 2800 individuals in the targeted districts including Thu Duc, Go Vap, Binh Tan. The patients will be followed up every 3 month during the period of about 1 year.
