Bài báo "Childhood overweight and obesity in Vietnam: A landscape analysis of the extent and risk factors"

Children with overweight or obesity are more likely to be overweight or obese as adults, substantially increasing the risk of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) including cardiovascular diseases and chronic diseases. This paper provides the latest evidence on the extent of, and risk factors for, the emerging critical public health issue of childhood overweight and obesity in Vietnam. Policies that could effectively address the obesogenic environment include introduction of an sugar-sweetened bever.
