The network of primary healthcare facilities in Vietnam is countrywide but its capacity is still inadequate. Data from Vietnam Health Facility survey (2015) was used to assess the availability and readiness of three services: maternal and childcare, NCDs, and preventive services by measuring availability of inputs, including basic amenities, equipment, and essential drugs.
