Knowledge of taxation and health financing, situation of budget allocation, mobilization and expenditure for health in 2 districts of Nghe An province and equity impacts

 

Objectives:

• To analyze the health budgetary process, the sources of health budget and actual health expenditure in two districts of Nghe An province, 2015
• To describe the current knowledge of taxation and health financing among community people in the study settings
• To examine equity impacts of the health financing processes in the study settings.

February, 2016 - December, 2016

 

Research site:
Cua Lo town and Que Phong district, Nghe An province

 

Methodology:
Qualitative research (indepth interview) and quantitative research (household survey)
