Methodology of Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis 

 

Objectives: 

• Introduction of Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
• Introduction of steps of refered document overeview and meta-analysis
• Use of Stata or R in meta-analysis
• Use of Excel, Stata, R to estimate meta-coefficients
• Estimate of coefficients in some certain cases
• Advantages, disadvantages of each method of meta-coefficient estimation, Mantel-Haenszel, Peto method and select appropriate method of coefficient estimation
• Differenciation of fixed model and random model
