From 11/08/2017 to 19/08/2017, Center for Population Health Sciences has undertook the data collection for the study “Risk factors of non-communicable diseases - phase 2” in Chi Linh district, Hai Duong province including the following wards/communes: Pha Lai, Le Loi, Sao Do, An Lac, Van An, Hoang Tien and Ben Tam.

 

Objectives:

• To describe the real situation of BMI, blood pressure, blood glucose and related indexes of people aged 18-69 in Chi Linh district and Quoc Oai district.
• To describe the real situation of diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension among people aged 18-69 in Chi Linh district and Quoc Oai district.
• To describe the quality of life among people aged 18 - 69 in Chi Linh district and Quoc Oai district,

 

Duration:

June 2017 to December 2017

 

Research site:

07 communes/wards in Chi Linh district and 17 communes/town in Quoc Oai district.

 

Methodology:

This is a cross-sectional study
