The Journal of Health and Development Studies (JHDS) – Hanoi University of Public Health would like to welcome you!

 

The Journal of Health and Development Studies (JHDS) (Licence N^o 374/GB-BTTTT dated 2^nd August, 2017 and issued by Ministry of Information and Communication) is the only official scientific journal of Hanoi University of Public Health. Its missions include:

1. To publish scientific works and works of officials, lecturers, students and collaborators of the Hanoi School of Public Health and scientists at home and abroad and at the same time timely reflect the training, science and technology, professional practice, and national and international cooperation of the Hanoi School of Public Health
2. To enhance the capacity of scientific and technological research and transfer of staff members, lecturers, students and collaborators; and
3. To facilitate the exchange of science and technology information and bridge theoretical and practical issues within the community of educators, scientists, managers, policymakers and businesses at home and abroad.

 

The Journal of Health and Development Studies (JHDS) – Hanoi University of Public Health solemnly invites scientists to submit articles disseminating results of scientific research in the fields of:

1. Health pattern, morbidity, mortality, quality of life, risk factors (including individual, household, community level behaviour; living conditions; economic, political and social environment)
2. Healthcare: healthcare services, healthcare solutions and protection (including disease prevention, examination, diagnosis, treatment, and management) and its risk factors
3. Health system management: health policy, hospital management, health facility management, economic management, health financing, health human resource, health technology, healthcare pathway, pharmaceutical management, health information system, service delivery.
4. Non-communicable disease prevention and control
5. Infectious disease prevention and control
6. Injury prevention and control
7. Issues of environmental health, climate change and health, One-health, Eco-health
8. Issues of global health
9. Healthcare of target populations (mothers, children, adolescents, …elderly,
10. Occupational health and safe
11. Social-economic issues in healthcare sector
12. Health and development association
13. Scientific methodology in health and development sector
14. Other issues related to health and development topic.

 

The Journal of Health and Development Studies (JHDS) – Hanoi University of Public Health is presently preparing its first volume with the following information:
